Report a problem or a person
If someone's behavior on the platform isn't okay — harassment, impersonation, spam, or anything that made you uncomfortable — email [email protected] with as much detail as you can. Reports are reviewed by an admin, and accounts can be suspended or removed as a result.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, grievances regarding content or conduct on the platform can be addressed to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
